芒果冰激凌
材料:芒果500G 鲜奶500ML 砂糖适量。
步骤:
1.鲜奶用小火加热约10分钟;
2.将芒果肉搅成芒果泥,然后把芒果泥倒入浓缩后放凉的鲜奶里混合好;
3.每30分钟取出来搅拌一次,至少四次,接着再冷冻四个小时就可以开吃啦。
(很简单的中间搅拌的时候千万别偷懒~)
