云南之旅 —— 火车上住宿篇

逃离了城市八天。还是回到了原点。有一首歌提到：“休息是为了走更长远的路”。所以，现在就来述说逃离城市八天之旅——云南。

呼呼。难得的一次旅行可以不用为了赶飞机而7早8早起来了。（开心。）

An Attitude on IMPROVING SKIN

I had record a video regarding which kind of ATTITUDE should we have for improving our skin from a very troublesome / sensitive skin type.



This is my first time of recording a video. And I'm a bit nervous. Beside that, My camera keep on not focus on me. I wonder WHY....... (Out focusing...)

今日わアニメの祭りがあります。私と友達わあそこえ行きます。

小吃食谱，让你好好的学学~~

来~~ 让我们以简单的步骤做自己喜欢的东西吃吧~~ 好好的学噢~ XP


【美味蛋挞】
①把3个鸡蛋，1个蛋黄磕入碗中搅匀
②弄点糖水
③把蛋黄液糖水半杯炼乳倒容器中搅拌后放入冰箱冷藏
④把酥油、少许盐、发酵粉、面粉和适量的水充分混合，和成面团，分成12等份，并压成圆形
⑤把压扁的面团放在蛋挞模具里，整好边⑥从冰箱里拿出蛋黄液，倒入蛋挞皮中，进烤箱（200度，20分钟




【芝士虾球】
1、虾洗净。剁成虾泥。
2、芝士片切成小片；虾泥中加入黑胡椒、淀粉等配料搅拌。
3、手上抹点油，取一大勺虾泥，在手心摊开，包上芝士搓成球形。
4、先将虾球蘸满蛋液，再放入面包糠中滚一圈，蘸上面包糠。
5、做成若干虾球, 加入油烧至
6、成热，下入虾球炸制。
7、炸至金黄后捞出控油即可。





【芒果班戟】
做法：
1、蛋、糖打匀，牛奶和面粉分次加入，打成面粉糊，放入牛油溶液搅匀，待用
2、烧热平底锅，放一点油，将一勺面粉糊倒入锅中，搪成圆形，煎成薄饼，用同样的方法再煎12块，待凉
3、芒果去皮切片，打起鲜忌廉4、将适量的鲜忌廉涂在薄饼上，再放上芒果，包成长卷形即可（放冰箱冷藏更好）




【教你自制蒸牛奶冻】
原料：奶100ML， 糖15克，面15克，粟粉20克，淀粉15克。
做法：奶和糖混合后加入各种粉，搅拌、过滤均匀，上火蒸15分，放入冰箱冷藏。一个小时后切块。 好吃又好做，不收藏了怎么对得起自己啊！！ 喜欢吃的童鞋们千万不要错过哦！！





【DIY秘制可乐鸡翅】
1、鸡翅洗净，其中一面划两刀；
2、加两勺料酒 一勺酱油 少许胡椒粉拌匀，腌制两小时以上；
3、锅中放两勺油，将鸡翅放入，盖上锅盖；
4、小火煎至两面金黄；
5、下姜丝和葱白，转中火翻炒一分钟；
6、倒入可乐和两勺老抽，烧开后转小火炖煮二十五分钟；
7、转大火收汁。
